OUR REGULATIONS

In virtue of article 3.c of Law 40/2002 of November 14, 2002, regulator of the vehicle parking contract (BOE nº 274 of November 15, 2002), the parking company is responsible for the damages produced exclusively to the vehicles and to the components and accessories to them incorporated functionally, in a fixed and inseparable way, and that are habitual and ordinary, by their nature or value, in the type of vehicle in question, during the course of their stay in parking, provided that the damage is directly attributable to parking holders or their employees.



The user is solely responsible for removing the vehicle, non-fixed and removable accessories, such as radio cassettes, CD players, DVD's, mobile phones and other belongings, and no liability can be extended to the company. this concept in case of theft or damage to them. It is forbidden the use of covers or similar in vehicles, under the responsibility of the user



The parking company is entitled to resort to the procedure provided in article 71 of the articulated text of the Law on Traffic, Circulation of motor vehicles, Road Safety, when a vehicle remains parked continuously in the same parking lot for a period of time longer than six months, so that it is rationally presumed to be abandoned, either because of its own state, because of the damage it has and that makes it impossible to travel by own means, because it does not have registration plates or, in general, for those signs external factors that make presume the lack of interest of the owner in its use. It will correspond to the parking company the proof of the abandonment of the vehicle in accordance with the legal terms and the passing of the period of six months.



The owner of the parking will have, in front of any person, right of retention on the vehicle in guarantee of payment of the parking price. (LAW 40/2002 of November 14, 2002. BOE nº 274 of November 15, 2002).



Claims: The user will immediately inform the employees of the car park of the damages that may have been suffered in their vehicle inside the car park. You will subscribe, if you wish, the existing claim form for this purpose. A necessary requirement for the processing of the claim is the provision of a copy of the complaint filed previously with the competent Security Forces and this, especially in the case of damages, is due to robbery-plundering. In the case of robbery-robbery, for the admission of the claim it will also be an essential requirement that the vehicle be locked and with the doors and windows completely closed. The parking does not have a special custody service for guarding and monitoring effects, accessories, objects, etc. of the users.



The user must follow the rules and instructions that parking managers dictate regarding the use and safety of the same and the users. The company is insured against fire and civil liability both parking, and vehicles that are inside to cover the possibilities that may arise from any loss that occurs.
